Kim Phat Handicrafts Co., ltd operates this website and handles business enquiries about our products, catalogues and manufacturing services. For questions about this notice or your information, contact factory@kimphat.vn.
Information you provide
Our enquiry form collects the contact and business information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country or delivery market, products of interest and project requirements. Required fields help us respond to your request; other fields are optional.
Our contact address for enquiries and correspondence about quotations or orders is factory@kimphat.vn. If you email us, we receive your message and any attachments you send. Please provide information relevant to your sourcing enquiry and avoid sending sensitive personal information we do not need.
How we use and access information
We use enquiry information to respond to requests, provide product or catalogue information, discuss specifications and quotations, and follow up on sourcing or manufacturing projects.
Enquiries are reviewed and handled directly by the company owner. Website hosting, email and backup services support storage and operation of these systems; their technical processing is separate from the owner’s business handling of enquiries.
Storage and retention
Our enquiry form processes your information to send your enquiry to factory@kimphat.vn. It is configured not to store new submissions in the website form database, and routine logging of successfully sent emails on the website is disabled. Failed or resent emails may still be recorded by the email-delivery plugin for troubleshooting. Email correspondence is stored in our email system and is retained until the owner manually deletes it.
Form records saved before this configuration changed remain subject to the previous six-month retention setting. Disabling storage for new submissions does not erase older records or copies already held in backups.
Recovery backups created and retained by Kim Phat are kept separately and currently have no automatic expiry. The hosting service also maintains separate recovery backups; its retention and deletion arrangements are being confirmed. Deleting a form record or email does not automatically delete copies already held in older backups. The retention setting for older form records does not set the retention period for email, backups or separate transaction records.
Technical information and external services
Older form records may include the IP address associated with a submission. Website and email systems also process technical information needed to deliver enquiries and operate securely; disabling new form-record storage does not remove hosting access logs, email-system records or existing backups.
The hosting system maintains website access logs. Technical information supports operation and security of the website. Administrative sign-in and website functions may also involve cookies. We are reviewing the website’s technical-data and cookie arrangements and will update this notice as those arrangements are confirmed.
This website contains email and WhatsApp contact links. If you choose to use an external service, that service handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Requests about your information
Contact factory@kimphat.vn to ask about enquiry information you have provided, request a correction, or ask us to consider a deletion or other privacy-related request. Include enough information for us to locate the relevant enquiry. We may need to verify a request and consider applicable record-retention obligations before responding.

We will update this notice when the way we handle website enquiries changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
